Academic Activities

K M M Institute of Postgraduate Studies (KMMIPS), very popularly known as KMMIPS has emerged as a major technological institute managed by KMM Social and Educational Development Society, Tirupati. The KMM Society has taken the lead role to establish the institute in the academic year 2001–2002. Sprawled over an area of 25 acres, permanent infrastructural facilities are being developed near Tirupati–Madanapalli State Highway at Ramireddipalle. KMMIPS has already secured the approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, Government of Andhra Pradesh and is affiliated to Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. KMMIPS was inaugurated on 10-10-2001 by the then Vice-Chancellor of Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, Prof. P. Murali.

Master of Computer Applications

MCA is a subject of extraordinary scope and vitality. We are only just beginning to realize the implications of using computers to enhance human productivity and creativity. Change is inevitable as a result of Information Technology. One of the most exciting aspects of the MCA programme is to develop professionals who will ensure organizational success in this changing environment.

Project & Placement Cell

The Institute has established a Project and Placement Cell which works on Industry–Institute Interaction. This cell assists and guides students to prepare for their project work which is a part of their curriculum. This cell invites National and Multinational corporate bodies to conduct campus placements.

Co-Curricular Activities

KMMIPS strongly believes and promotes creative programming and growth through educational activities outside the classroom. Activities such as field trips, industrial visits, seminars, guest lectures, debates and workshops are organized. Such group activities foster personal growth and social competency among students. Students are encouraged to participate in games and sports.
